LUNCH HOUR WORKOUT

Bring your crew together with a group exercise workout during their lunch break.

Exercise supercharges productivity. Which means productivity gets boosted from alertness and having more energy, decreased stress, immune system boost, preventing future injuries, and helps create a team building atmosphere.

Anyone is welcome to participate in the group class where exercises can be modified as needed. Workouts are created based on each individual's fitness level. So, if some employees are new to exercise, they're able to modify to their needs and if others are more experienced, they have the option to increase their own intensity.

Group sessions can range from 30 minutes to one hour. Each session will contain a warm up, exercise routine, and cool down, and music is available if needed.

Our goal is to make every session fun and informative. Fitness is more than a workout session, it's to better your body and mind. When participants have fun, they're more likely to continue a fit lifestyle after work hours.

Because lunch hours and participants vary, please click the link below to fill out the form to be contacted.
